Couples Counselling

In person at Edinburgh CBT and Counselling Services, EH3 5RN.

Sessions are £70 for 60 minutes.

My work is grounded in an integrative approach, with particular attention to attachment theory and the Gottman Method for couples therapy.

Couples counselling offers a more structured way of working. During the first one or two sessions, we begin with an assessment process to explore the dynamics, patterns, and challenges within the relationship. At times, I may meet with each partner individually to deepen understanding, support emotional regulation, and explore relational patterns more openly.

We then return to the shared space together, working collaboratively towards greater awareness, communication, and connection with a common goal in mind.

Individual Counselling

65£ for intial consultation and 60£ thereafter.

In person at Edinburgh CBT and Counselling Services, EH35RN or online sessions of 50 minutes.

I offer Counselling sessions drawn from an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic perspectives to meet you where you are.

Together, we create a space to gently explore greater self-awareness, understand recurring patterns, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you. This involves becoming more attuned to your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations, helping you feel more connected and grounded in yourself.
